the Fjordlands

For freedom and the fjordlands!

The Fjordlanders are a hearty and battle-tested people. The jagged peaks and steep banks dot the gorgeous landscape that encapsulate one of the main outlets of the mighty Ravenfjord into the Sea of Mir. The Fjordlands are nestled in the mountains south of the Ravenwood and northwest of the Baltherian country of Cereon.

Culturally, Fjordlanders share some of the aspects of their northern Rusgaard neighbours, such as the pantheon of the Nine main dieties of worship. However, the Fjordlands are still culturally distinct, sharing a closer (often confrontational) bond with their Baltherian neighbours more so than the more remote northern Rus clans.

Are you a Fjordlander? Do you wish your homeland to be free of influence of the Baltherian kingdom to the south? Or do you simply enjoy a good fight and cheeky pint after a long day of scrappig? Read through some of our lore to see if you come for where the waters run fast and the mountain loom high!

  • The Fjordlands

Northwest of the borders of Baltheria, the North truly begins. The hardy people of the Fjordlands are the first line of defence of the northern territory against the southern force.

“Is bóthar claonta é, ach is fíor ár gcéim..”

‘If the road be a rutted one, may true be your stride."‘
